Wow - what an energy boost! Better than coffee without the side effects. As a full-time teacher, wife and mother in my early 40s who lives on a farm, life is very hectic. I have always been the sort of person who couldn't function on less than 8 hours sleep a night. With my lifestyle I'm lucky to get 6 or 7. Before I started drinking Alpha Lyte I would drag myself through the day with a fuzzy head and lots of caffeine.

I am 53 years old and about 12 months ago I was diagnosed with severe osteoporosis. As you could well imagine I was devastated.
