Whilst I was visiting the Eagle Heights Centre at Mt Tamborine in Queensland in January 2003, a lady in the party experienced a sever low blood sugar episode (hypoglycaemic attack), with classic symptoms - paleness, sweating, nausea, and feeling faint.

Alpha Lyte has made a tremendous impact on my career as an athlete. The water itself has given me the edge to lift my training schedule and decrease my running times. I not only feel lighter when running around the track, but stronger towards the end of the race. I recorded near personal best times in both the 400m and 800m, after only 3 months of training (as opposed to a full seasons training schedule) - 50.2 seconds in the 400m, and 1:56.6 seconds in the 800m. Alpha Lyte has helped me run faster in both my races, over a shorter training period.
In the last few months, I have been able to increase the number of days I can train, from three to five. I now feel more energetic and as though I am recovering quicker with drinking Alpha Lyte. My body no longer feels sluggish for days after training, instead I feel energised and strong for the next session. With all this in mind, I feel psychologically and physically prepared to qualify and compete in the World Junior Championships, 2004.
